SENYA is already running in a private pilot with real Instagram accounts. Meta’s app review for public access is in progress. We will confirm a launch date once approvals are complete. Who is SENYA for?+
For businesses that want to publish regularly and give enquiries the attention they deserve: property, catering, trades, consulting and other services, for example. Your business provides the knowledge and tone of voice. Instagram is the first channel.
Does SENYA send unsolicited messages?+
SENYA responds to incoming messages and relevant comments. Where Meta permits it, a comment can receive one initial private reply. Further AI conversation requires the person’s reply, confirmed consent and an open messaging window. Unsolicited bulk messaging is not part of this workflow.
When does the 24-hour window start?+
With a message from the person, such as their reply to the initial private message. A comment alone does not open this window. For an initial private reply to a post or Reel comment, Meta generally allows seven days and a single message. SENYA checks this first reply separately from the standard messaging window. Instagram Live is outside SENYA’s initial scope. Consent does not extend the messaging window. Meta: Private Replies
Does SENYA request consent automatically?+
The built-in agent automatically asks for consent and records the reply. The person actively decides after the AI assistance, purpose and company privacy notice have been explained. AI qualification starts only after confirmation. Silence or a comment does not constitute consent. A refusal, withdrawal or expired messaging window stops automation. Consent is recorded for its stated purpose, with the text version and timestamp. European Data Protection Board: Consent
Can I set up the software myself?+
Yes. That is how we are building SENYA: sign up, add your business and offers, connect Instagram and activate the workflows you want. Mandatory agency support is not planned.
Are the features shown already available?+
Image design, photo Reels with AI voiceover, content planning, Instagram publishing, the agent and analytics are available in the private pilot. Public software access follows once approvals are complete. Other networks, the WhatsApp connection shown in the film and the Team plan are later additions.
How do the trial and launch offer work?+
At public launch, you can try SENYA for 7 days. Start and Pro then receive 50% off the first billing month; the regular price applies from the second billing month. Today, you are only joining a non-binding waitlist. This does not create a subscription or payment. You will see the full booking terms and allowances before signing up.
Can SENYA create videos too?+
Yes: short photo Reels with animated designs and an optional AI voiceover. You can preview them before approval, then publish to Instagram. Generating entirely new video scenes is outside the current scope.
