SENYA takes the protection of your data seriously. This policy explains what data is collected when you visit this website, what it is used for and what rights you have.

2. Waitlist request and one-time launch notification

You can use this form to join the waitlist for one email when SENYA launches. This also includes information about the 7-day trial and the launch offer of 50% off the first billing month. We collect your email address, optionally your name, your plan interest and the selected form language, together with your explicit consent, its text version, the form source, the server-recorded submission time and a fixed campaign identifier linking the request to this launch offer.

Only after you actively consent using the checkbox and submit the form are these details sent to our server and forwarded over an encrypted SMTP connection to the operator’s inbox. We process this request on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Submitting it does not purchase a software subscription.

The submission is sent to us by email only. It does not create an additional contact database or mailing list. Your address is not verified through a confirmation email, and the form does not set up an automatic future email delivery. The website confirmation means that the mail server has accepted the request.

To limit misuse, the server processes your IP address and the time the form was opened. The temporary attempt counter contains no plain-text IP address, email address or form message; it uses a secret-dependent hash of the IP address and time window. Counters older than two hours are removed where possible during subsequent eligible form requests. Without further requests, they may remain longer. Hosting access logs are processed separately.

You may withdraw your request for a launch notification at any time by emailing mlo@newways.consulting. This request does not subscribe you to regular marketing.

If submission fails, you can contact us using your own email application instead. Your email provider will also process the information you choose to send.

3. Server log files

When you access this site, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure and trouble-free operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not combined with other sources.

4. Fonts

Bricolage Grotesque and Manrope are loaded from our own website hosting. Loading these fonts does not connect your browser to Google Fonts.

5. Cookies and locally hosted product film

We do not set our own analytics or marketing cookies and do not use visitor analytics.

The product film, its preview image and its German and English subtitles are served from our own website hosting at DomainFactory. The film uses your browser’s video player and starts only when you choose to play it. The video file is not set to preload automatically. The preview image and, where applicable, subtitles may load when you open the video section.

When these files are requested, the website host processes technically necessary access data, including your IP address, request time and browser details, just as it does for other page requests. The information on server log files in section 3 applies.

This film does not embed a YouTube player or YouTube scripts. Loading or playing the film does not connect to YouTube or Google. If you open an external link to the earlier film on YouTube, you leave our website. Only then is the external video page opened; YouTube’s terms and privacy information apply there.

6. Getting in touch

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details to handle the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

WhatsApp messages are transmitted via WhatsApp Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms. If you would rather avoid that, please use email or the phone.

7. SENYA software development status

SENYA is under development. This policy describes processing on the public website and through the launch request form. The software views shown are product previews. Visiting the site or submitting the notification form does not connect Instagram accounts or process customer conversations on your behalf.

Use of the software, connecting an Instagram account and processing comments and messages are covered by the SENYA software privacy notice (German). 8. Recipients

The launch request is sent to the operator. Hosting and email providers process the data as part of providing the website and delivering the message. The form does not send details to an external newsletter platform or to Meta. Any further disclosure is limited to what is necessary to handle your request or comply with a legal obligation.

9. Retention and withdrawal

We use the submitted contact details for the requested one-time launch information, including information about trial access and the launch offer. You can withdraw this waitlist request at any time by emailing mlo@newways.consulting. Once the request is fulfilled or withdrawn, details that are no longer needed for it will be deleted unless statutory retention duties or necessary records require otherwise. The operator handles this process; the form does not provide an automated unsubscribe or deletion system.

10. Derechos de los interesados

You have the right to confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed, together with the rights to:

• access, rectification and erasure
• restriction of processing and objection
• data portability
• withdrawal of consent with effect for the future

An email to mlo@newways.consulting is enough to exercise them. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD).
